Joseph Ingram has been with the Morongo Unified School District for 20 years, working at Twentynine Palms High School until February of 2015, when he became part of the family at Black Rock. He is a Social Studies teacher, and teaches all subjects including World History, US History, Government and Economics, as well as, California History and, his personal favorite, Geography. “Students just need to know more about the country and the world that they are growing up in!”
Mr. Ingram was born in Germany but grew up in Orange County, California. After high school he spent 6 years in the Army, achieving the rank of 1st Lieutenant. After the military, he attended and graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Political Science and a Teaching Credential in Social Studies.
He has been happily married for 25 years and has three grown children.
